I have dealt with Distributel Customer Support through phone and online chat. The agents were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in answering my questions and upgrading my services for me. I have been with Distributel for several years now and have no plans of leaving! Great service overall.

My phone was not working - no dial tone. Your tech, Michael, was very helpful. The Cisco was not reading the modum and we went through the steps together and got the phone working again. Thanks for the help.
